Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to paid subscriptions for Herbboosthip digital services. Physical goods are not sold through this website.

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel a monthly plan at any time by emailing contact@herbboosthip.world with the account email used at purchase. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues through the end of the current paid period.

Refund eligibility

If you are unsatisfied with a new subscription, contact us within fourteen (14) days of the initial charge for a review. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method. Partial months after the first billing cycle are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Billing errors

Report duplicate or incorrect charges within thirty (30) days. We will investigate and correct verified errors promptly.

Team and organization plans

Seat reductions take effect at the next renewal unless otherwise agreed in writing. Removing users does not retroactively credit unused seats within the same cycle.
